Reset your password

You can reset your password if you forgot it. The process is different for site and district users. Site users need to have their Destiny user name and barcode, while a district user needs to have an email address in their record.

1. On the login page, click Recover password.
2. If you are a site user, do the following:
   1. Enter your user name and barcode, and then click Next.
   2. Use the drop-downs to enter your birthday, and then click Next.
   3. Enter your new password in the Password field, and then again in the Confirm Password field.
   4. Click Save.
3. If you are a district user, do the following
   1. Enter the email address associated with your account.

      Notes: Follett recommends using a district-approved email address. SMTP must be set up to recover your password.

   2. Click Done.
   3. Open your email, and click the reset password link.
   4. Enter your Username, a New password, and Confirm new password.
   5. Click Done, and then Ok.
