Create an Advance Booking site

Before schools in your district can request bookings, you need to create a site at the district level.

Note: The advance booking site (the site where shared resources are kept) must have its own site license in Resource Manager.
  1. Log in as the Destiny Administrator.
  2. From the District View, select the Applications menu Applications menu. > Setup.
  3. Click the Sites tab.
  4. Next to District Advance Booking, click Add a Site icon..
    Add site for advance booking.
  5. Add the Site Name.
  6. Enter a State School ID, if your state provides one.
  7. Enter a Short Name and an Alias.
  8. Select the Zone for this site. To create a zone, click Other to define and save a new one.
  9. Enter the full site Address.
  10. Enter the Site Customer Number.
  11. Click Save.
